The Five Count’s Second Annual Princemas Celebration…

During this special two-hour edition of The Five Count we celebrated the lives of two of history’s most important people… Prince and Dustin Wilmes. The first hour was dedicated to the celebration of Princemas! We discussed the life and times of Prince, Ton’s tendency to be mistaken for Sheila E., and the dangers of getting swimmer’s ear in the waters of Lake Minnetonka. The second hour was dedicated to Dustin’s golden birthday celebration. Oddly enough, Dustin’s life has basically run parallel with the life of Prince!

A Gremlins Christmas…

This was our annual broadcast of “A Five Count Christmas.” Since we dropped the ball last week, we returned this week with a two-hour broadcast. No Dirty Birds were harmed in the making of this show. The first hour of the show was dedicated to retelling the story of The Gremlins. Southern Minnesota gathered ’round the radio to hear the classic Christmas tale, retold by our friends at Hardee’s. We dubbed the tale, “Five Count 2010: The Final Fright.” During the second hour we discussed our favorite holiday traditions, talked about Ton’s longstanding feud with Frank Stallone and Kool Moe Dee, considered digging up James Brown, and tried our best to spill Christmas cheer all over the place. Merry Christmas!
