This edition of The Five Count featured an interview with the one and only Jeffrey Combs. Jeffrey is best known for his role as “Dr. Herbert West “in all three Re-Animator films. He also appeared in films like From Beyond, The Frighteners, and has made countless appearances on various Star Trek episodes. During the show he discussed how he landed the role on Re-Animator, the pros and cons of being known as a superstar in the Star Trek realm, and why it’s not a good idea to get his face tattooed on your body. An Evening With Freaks And Geeks’ Samm Levine…

This was our special Freaks and Geeks show featuring an exclusive interview with Samm Levine. Samm is best know for his role as “Neal Schweiber” on the TV show Freaks and Geeks. He also appeared in films like Club Dread, Not Another Teen Movie, and Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds. During the show Samm discussed in great detail what it was like working on Freaks and Geeks, his friendship with Quentin Tarantino, his tendency to annoy Back to the Future‘s Biff Tannen, and his anger toward the Minnesota Twins. Halloween With The Five Count…

This was the final installment of “Scare-A-Thon 2010” for the year. During the show we threw audio eggs at the general manager’s house, discussed the dangers of eating razor blades, and Ton told stories about getting beat up and having his candy stolen as a child. An Evening With WWE’s Sheamus & Grim Reaper’s Steve Grimmett…

This was a jam-packed edition of The Five Count. This installment of “Scare-A-Thon 2010” was filled to the brim with celebrity action as we had not one, but two megastars on the show. First up was Steve Grimmett, lead singer for the metal band Grim Reaper. Grim Reaper is best known for their legendary albums See You In Hell, Fear No Evil, and Rock You To Hell. They are also the only band to have all of their music videos featured on Beavis & Butt-Head. During the show he talked about being part of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, punching Def Leppard in the face, and having Grim Reaper’s music videos torn to shreds by Beavis & Butt-Head. It rocked!

After that we were joined by WWE Superstar Sheamus. “The Celtic Warrior” is a multi-time WWE Champion, the 2010 King of the Ring, the 2012 Royal Rumble winner, and has feuded with numerous WWE Superstars including Randy Orton, Triple H, and John Cena. “The Celtic Warrior” discussed how he started in the wrestling business, his hatred for The Miz, and his upcoming appearance at WWE’s Bragging Rights PPV in Minneapolis. Halloween Rush Hour…

“Scare-A-Thon 2010” rolled on with this edition of The Five Count. During the show we continued to rally for pledge drive dollars, spoke with an enraged caller about the lack of Rush in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and continued to fight the good fight against the plethora of hilarious technical issues at KMSU. An Evening With The Ghostbusters’ Ernie Hudson…

This edition of The Five Count (the second installment of “Scare-A-Thon 2010”) featured a special interview with the one and only Ernie Hudson. Ernie is best known as “Winston Zeddemore” in the Ghostbusters films. He has appeared in countless films and TV shows including The Crow, Airheads, Congo, The Hand That Rocks The Cradle, and HBO’s Oz. During the show he discussed what it was like being one of the Ghostbusters, hanging out with Mr. T and Dolemite, and the filming of the long-awaited Ghostbusters III film. The Five Count’s Scare-A-Thon 2010…

This edition of The Five Count was the first installment of our “Scare-A-Thon 2010” shows for the month of October. During the show we tried to decide the best way to create an action figure for general manager Jim “Gully” Gullickson, took a call from a disgruntled lumberjack from Gustavus College, and then Ton took the listeners to Cuddle Town.
